Composite Mesh

Composite Braided Mesh (GFRP or Fiberglass Mesh) is a full-fledged analog of metal mesh.
Buying GFRP composite mesh can be costly, especially in larger quantities. We’re able to provide cost-effective prices to the civil, commercial, residential and DIY industries. Due to its lightweight, we can manufacture and handle extra large quantities.

It is an innovative solution produced by the pultrusion method. As a result of this process, a composite consisting of a very large number of individual fibers with a parallel arrangement is formed, embedded in a polymer matrix based on epoxy resin.
Considering the composition of the materials (epoxy resin and fiberglass direct roving) used during the production of the composite meshes, the lifespan and resistance to corrosion become the main benefits of the product in comparison with the steel mesh.
Product specification:d 2-4mm in rolls of 50m² or 100m²
d 6-12mm in sheets 1*2m, 2*6m, 2*7.3m
The sizes of formed cells can be 50x50, 100x100, 150х150 and 200x200 millimeters.

REBAR FIBEGLASS MESH HAS THE FOLLOWING ADVANTAGES:
- Non-corrosive- Two times stronger than steel- Lifespan of up to 80 years- 9 Times lighter than steel- Transparancy to radio waves- Adhesion to concrete- Easy transportation and reduced installation costs

Our products are examined by the Quality Control Department of our company for their external characteristics. Besides, we constantly perform product tests of samples at European labaratories

Applications Scope for Composite Mesh Reinforcement

Application of composite mesh in 2 times reduces the formation of cracks. Widely used in the construction of roads, buildings of brick and stone, all kinds of floors, as well as casting concrete floors. High temperatures and an excessive amount of moisture is not afraid to fiberglass grids, in contrast to its metal counterpart.
Having an identical diameter of a rod with metal mesh, the composite one is capable to maintain higher loads of stretching, bending and pulling out of a wall, i.e. it is 3-4 times stronger.

Reinforcing in housing and civil engineering:- manufactured concrete structures: internal andexternal wall panels, including multilayeredconcrete wall panels (sandwich panels), floor slabpanels, beams- concrete floors- horizontal seams in the laying of the building andconstruction walls- connection of layers from brick facing with the main layer of cellular blocks- decorative concrete and gypsum elements- a plaster layer at the construction of facades ofbuildings- other construction elements based on concrete, plaster
Reinforcing in industrial engineering:- manufactured concrete structures: internal andexternal wall panels, including multilayeredconcrete wall panels (sandwich panels), floorslab panels, beams;- concrete floors;- hydraulic structures, coastal constructions;- brick and stone walls of buildings andconstructions;- decorative concrete and gypsum elements;- other construction elements based on concrete, plaster
Reinforcing in road construction:- motorways, bridges- the use of composite mesh as a roadway guard- reinforcement of road plates- strengthening of the roadway
