Launch of Fiberglass Direct Roving ProductionJanuary 2023




After a long and detailed analysis of the construction market, the company Rebar decided to launch its own production of Fiberglass Direct Roving in order to add new products of Ukrainian origin to the local market, as nobody produced Fiberglass Direct Roving before. Our engineering team spent more than half of the year to set up all production processes.
As a result, the equipment has been improved on our own technology, using advanced domestic and foreign developments. Moreover, our engineering staff continues developing new manufacturing technologies to improve production quality and time.
The production of Glass Fiber for concrete started only after all workflows for the Roving production were set. It took us some time to find an appropriate chopper machine and adapt to its work but this goal was successfully achieved.
Now our Team is working on testing Glass Fiber for concrete in one of the EU laboratories, obtaining test reports and certification.We strongly believe that in order to be competitive in the market the company should constantly test its products and have a strict quality production control, so we put every effort to follow this principle.

Building and Construction Exhibition Rebuild Ukraine 2023 in Warsaw15-16 February 2023

15-16th February Rebar Team participated in Rebuild Ukraine exhibition held at the EXPO XXI expo centre in Warsaw. It is the exhibition designed for recovery projects, materials, technologies, equipment and investment required to rebuild Ukrainian economy destroyed by the war with the focus on infrastructure, industry and housing. The exhibition brought together the leading construction companies of Ukraine and the EU.
The key objectives of participation in ReBuild Ukraine were to:- Discuss Ukraine’s recovery after all the damage caused by the armed hostilities and how our products can be useful in reconstruction- To meet personally with our Polish Partners, the company Sagitta ITC and discuss further steps in our cooperation- To demonstrate our innovative products to construction companies as many of them still use steel materials
This exhibition was a great opportunity to present our company, to share the experience of launching the production and exporting building products, and especially to discuss in detail how to adapt and continue working, saving jobs and supporting the economy of our country during the war. We are grateful to all our partners for their cooperation and support during these difficult times.

23-26 March Rebar Team participated in Building Industry Exhibition “House I 2023” at Kipsala International Exhibition Centre in Riga, Latvia.
About Trade Fair:Māja I” is the largest building industry event in Latvia.that offers an insight into the recent development tendencies of the building industry, the state of the art technologies and promotes direct communication among the professionals of building and connected industries and their consumers in the Baltic countries, Eastern and Western Europe, and Asia.
As a result:It was possible to get not only new contacts and see our customers but also to study thoroughly the structure, features, demands, and market requirements.After a few weeks of discussions and business call meetings, Rebar company has started supplying composite products to the territory of Baltic countries.

During this Forum, such topics were raised:- New construction technologies- Innovative IT solutions for the future- Modern building materials
Our Team personally met many inspiring leaders from the construction industry, exchanged experiences and discussed future prospects. We are proud that the Ukrainian construction business continues to grow and our company is a part of it.

It was a great team-building!
Our trip to the Carpathian Mountains was a real rest for all the participants. Due to such kind of the rest our employees have received an emotionally colored and vibrant teamwork experience.
During these days we:- tried the popular summer entertainment in the Carpathians mountains - Rafting on the Black Cheremosh River- enjoyed the pleasant and fun atmosphere while climbing the mountains- spent nice evenings discussing work and life balance
